The Perks Advantage program was designed to maintain the best features of Perks Rewards, but with a few new upgrades added to help elevate the experience. 

Now, you can:

  • Check your Perks balance online
  • Access digital coupons
  • Enjoy clippable offers
  • Earn points and save money
  • Get exclusive Perks Advantage offers
  • And so much more!

Now, you can collect and redeem points at any Perks Advantage participating location.

Activating your upgraded Perks Advantage account is simple and can be done online. Simply enter the information requested and the online system will take care of the rest.

If you are currently collecting Perks Rewards and your pharmacy is now offering Perks Advantage, then you need to upgrade your account.

If you’ve never collected Perks before, then you need to create a new account.

Account

Yes! Your card number will still work when you visit a Pharmacy participating in the Perks Advantage program. To earn points, all you will need to do is provide your loyalty number, phone number or Perks card at the cash register. You will use your newly created online account to redeem points by clipping your chosen redemption amount, you’ll see your savings automatically when you check out in store.

Your RXiD is a unique number that allows you access to your Perks Advantage account and other future online experiences. Your previous Perks Rewards number is now your RXiD.
Perks Rewards numbers are being upgraded to become Perks Advantage numbers and RXiD numbers. The number itself remains the same across the upgrading process, its not being changed.

You can sign up online and still get a physical rewards card. In this case, you must visit your nearest participating Perks Advantage pharmacy to request a physical card prior to signing up for an account. Then, you can return to the website and create your new account, complete with a physical card!

Perks Advantage accounts require a valid 10-digit Canadian phone number, formatted with a 3-digit area code, a 3-digit prefix, and a 4-digit line number. Do not include the country code (+1). An international phone number cannot be used. Customers without a Canadian phone number must use a Perks Card at checkout to complete their transaction.

Perks Points

We have great news for you! Your existing points will remain the same as you transition from Perks Rewards to the Perks Advantage program. And at full value! Once your Perks Advantage account has been successfully activated, your points will be automatically transferred over. Simple as that.

That’s the beauty of upgrading! With Perks Advantage, you get to keep all of your well-earned points and take advantage of the new features. You get it all!

Yes! If you registered a phone number with your Perks Rewards account you can still use that same phone number with Perks Advantage.

You can earn points with Perks Advantage by:

  • Purchasing specially-marked items
  • Purchasing For Your Everyday brand items
  • Using clipped offers in your online offer gallery
  • Spending $10 on qualifying items*


To earn points, you must swipe or scan your Perks Advantage card at the point of purchase! You can also use your phone number to earn points if one is registered to your account.  

*Perks rewards program is not available at all PharmaChoice locations, and reward levels may vary by store. See in-store for details.

How many Perks you can collect during each purchase remains the same. For every qualifying $10 spent, you can earn up to 1 Perk.* You can also earn Perks on specially-marked items, For Your Everyday products and clipped offers in your online offer gallery.

To redeem your Perks points online, you first need to log in to your online account. Once logged in, click the Redeem tab and select the available redemption offer by clipping it to your account. Then, simply provide your Perks card, phone number, or Perks Advantage number to the cashier to save on your next qualifying transaction.
 
Redeeming online isn’t the only option. If you don’t redeem your Perks online in advance, you can also redeem your Perks at the register during checkout on qualifying transactions. The cashier will be able to present you the option to redeem Perks and apply the savings to your transaction on your behalf.

For every 15 Perks collected, you can save up to $5 on future purchases. Redeem points as you collect them or save up for bigger savings in the future!

Nope! Once you earn them, they’re all yours. Your Perks will remain available as long as your account remains active by either earning or redeeming points within 24 consecutive calendar months.
